Natasha's qualifications meet industry standards, ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and professionally. Natasha is first aid and complications trained. Natasha is committed to ongoing training and development to maintain the highest level of expertise and compliance with current industry regulations.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients booking and receiving treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit cost is dependent on treatment booking.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Patch Test Requirement
For certain treatments, a patch test is required at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure no allergic reactions occur. It is the client's responsibility to book and attend a patch test before their treatment. Failure to complete a patch test may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, and any applicable fees may still apply. By proceeding with the treatment, you confirm that you have had a patch test and accept any associated risks.

4. Consultation Policy

A consultation is mandatory before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss client expectations.

Consultation fees may apply and are non-refundable, but may be deducted from the treatment cost if booked within 14 days.

Clients must provide full disclosure of their medical history and any medications during consultation.

The business reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for a procedure.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.

Clients who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend will be charged 50% of the full treatment cost.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new deposit.

6. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notice, the full treatment cost may be charged.

Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure your full appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, but full charges will still apply.

If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

8. Refunds & Treatment Results

All treatments are carried out professionally with the best possible care. However, results vary between individuals.

No refunds will be given for treatments already carried out.

If a reaction occurs, clients must contact Natasha Morris Aesthetics within 24-48 hours for an assessment.

Any concerns regarding results must be raised within 7 days of treatment.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications before treatment.

The business reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise client safety.

Pregnant or breastfeeding clients may be ineligible for certain treatments.

10. Liability & Aftercare

Clients will be provided with full aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may affect results.

Natasha Morris Aesthetics is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare.

Clients agree to have pre-treatment and post-treatment photos taken for records (unless declined in writing).

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All client information is confidential and stored securely.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Natasha Morris Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.

Abuse, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of service with no refund.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These terms may be updated at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them before booking.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
